PWA Financial will be following the guidelines set forth by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf due to the COVID-19 outbreak, as a non-essential business, effective immediately, we will be suspending normal business operations from our Newtown office.
For PWA Financial, that does not mean we will stop functioning. It will be “business as usual” as we transition operations to our individual in-home offices. Obviously, the closure will mean that there cannot be any face-to-face client meetings until we reopen our office on or around March 27.
During this unprecedented period, please continue to communicate with us as you always have via email, telephone, or text. All phone calls will be automatically forwarded to our homes and personal cell phones. We will respond to all communications, and will immediately return any calls we may not be able to answer, as soon as possible. You can be assured that we are here to help and guide you on the financial front. We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you informed about any changes in the markets.
Even prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, we routinely tested our business continuity plans under simulated scenarios. We pledge to maintain our operations and services and will continue to be fully responsive to your needs.
