Ginny had been in the personal investment business since 1992 as Client Services Manager before she passed away on June 4, 2025. Ginny’s depth of experience within the company allowed her to analyze and solve problems from a variety of perspectives. She was a detail-oriented customer service professional with expertise in client response management. Her main responsibilities included processing account documentation and paperwork, money movement and client payouts.
